Special Notes

Remove jalapeño seeds for milder salsa. Best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.

Ingredients
  • juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 1 large clove chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 jalapeño diced
  • 1/2 cup diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped
  • 2 small tomatoes (seeded and diced)

Preparation

    Seed and dice the {vine ripe tomatoes} into small, uniform pieces

    Dice the {red onion} finely

  3. 3

    Dice the {jalapeño}, removing seeds if you prefer a milder salsa

    Finely chop the {garlic}

  5. 5

    Roughly chop the {fresh cilantro}

    Zest the {lime} and then juice it

Assembly

    In a medium bowl, combine the diced {vine ripe tomatoes}, {red onion}, {jalapeño}, and {garlic}

    Add the {fresh cilantro}, {lime} juice and zest

    Season with {sea salt} and mix well

    Taste and adjust seasoning as needed

    Let sit for 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving
