Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 4 bananas (mashed)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp light brown sugar

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Preparation

    Grease a standard 9x5 inch loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mash the {bananas} in a mixing bowl until smooth.

Mixing

    Add {egg}, {vanilla extract}, {light brown sugar}, {granulated sugar}, and {ground cinnamon} to the mashed {bananas} and stir well to combine.

    In a separate small bowl, stir together {all-purpose flour}, {baking powder}, {baking soda}, and {salt}.

    Add the dry ingredient mixture to the banana mixture and stir to combine.
